| 1. | To put these items together, we use a glue gun and glue which you can purchase off this site if you don’t already have one. |
| 2. | Although these samples may not appear in a color you like, don’t forget that you can change the item colors to meet your own color requirements. |
| 3. | These samples always look a lot harder to make than they really are. To be honest, the skill level required to make our samples is very low. Basically anyone can make them. |
| 4. | We have done our best to outline all the items that are required to make the samples, but there is a possibility that we may have left something out or made a mistake on labeling an item. Please make sure you have everything you need if replicating the sample by a visual inspection if possible. |

Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we do not completely manage it because many stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. This means that the actual stock could change at any time. Be aware that your order could be unable to fill when you have placed the order.
Our policy is for 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you bought the item We're sorry to say that we can't offer you a complete exchange or refund.
You can only return a product when it's unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
